Waitress -Greeting, sitting guests, handling the menu, taking drink offer, ability to describe all beverages, knowing all ingredients of the menu, serving, using Cash Register, Cleaning and setting up tables, alert chef of food complaints, help co-workers, handling cash, helping to serve and set up tables for banquets, and different celebrations, cleaning bar, doing stock (refilling all drinks, chips)
Bartender- Pouring beverages, washing glassware and utensils after each use, collecting payment and operating cash register, checking ID if it is necessary, determining when customer has too much alcohol, cleaning the area, making cocktails, arranging bottles, glasses, stock
